Application Processing Times
Application processing times can take four to six. All steps in an application must be submitted in full, must be complete, and must be accurate. An application is complete when every step has a green bubble. A green bubble with a white checkmark means CCAPP staff have verified and approved that step. Any step that is rejected will have a red bubble and must be corrected by the applicant. The processing time will be delayed and not resume until the applicant corrects the rejected step and re-submits all/any rejected steps.
Mental Health Counselors and Specialists Certified, or Qualified by CCAPP
In order to assist clients, employers and state regulators in the verification and referral processes, CCAPP has developed "The CCAPP Credentailing MHC Registry" for identifying qualified treatment professionals in good standing with CCAPP Сredentialing MHC. The term “pending” may identify one of the following: pending administrative review, nonpayment of renewal dues, and/or declined credit card and/or a check provided that has been sent back with the status of non-sufficient funds.
