I have been with CCAPP since 2013. Renewing has always been stressful and taken a long time, until now. I just renewed my certification and it only took them 6 days to renew my certification! I want to thank the CCAPP team for making this process quicker and less stressful. I am not sure what changed but I am happy it did and great job CCAPP/ Certemy!

People that are on here complaining about CCAPP are people who have not followed the instructions and have waited last minute for renewal. I have been with CCAPP for several years and have had no issues. But be aware you do need patience. Thank you CCAPP for opening several doors for me.

I was working with Stacey from Credentialing. She is so important to CCAPP. I couldn't have made it without her. This process is frustrating but Stacey went above and beyond her requirements to get me Credentialed. Thank you Stacey ???? You got it done!!!!

I've had CCAPP credentialing for 5 years, from RADT to CADC to LAADC and I can say that while the process is slow, it is clear and professional. They are a consumer agency and have Californian's best interest at heart. It is frustrating for me to compile the exhausting list of requirements needed, however I always know where I stand and what next steps are, no matter how long it takes. Maijai has been especially clear and accommodating during this recent LAADC certification which took 4 months from application to exam to certification. I know that all my certified colleagues are held to the same scrutiny and that gives me confidence that our clients best interests are at heart.

My certification expires today, my renewal was completed back in August when I paid my dues. They told me it would be renewed closer to my expiration date, well all the work I put in to get it done early was for nothing, because they still havent renewed it, and here we are on 12/11/18 my renewal date. I did everything to avoid this, and NOW my job is in jeopardy. Thank you UPDATE: There was a 100 dollar fee I did not see associated with the cert, in essence my fault, but hat was mighty hard to see or find, a staff member found it, I wish I was notified sooner about it, they made it rite and have been timely since that date.

Great program and was enrolled into the academy. One of the best decisions of my life was to enroll into the CCAPP Academy. Great staff and super nice instructors as well.

I was hesitant at first registering with this organization. A number of my coworkers had negative experiences: bad customer service, not proficient and do not return a call in a timely manner etc. I on the other hand have had a positive experience since 2015. Thank you CCAPP! Keep up the good work! I will see you in two years!

I can not thank Maijai enough for pushing my renewal through. After not hearing back from anyone for over a month, I reached out to her. In less than 3 days, my certification was Processed and posted on Certemy. She is AWESOME!!!!!

I am reversing my prior review due to the fact that I finally found a CCAPP with the power and wisdom to handle a difficult situation. Soni, who happens to be an accountant, resolved my issue and I am now back on the list of active members without any problems. Thank you much Soni in Accounting.

I was a member of CAADC since 2006 and was on the board directors when we voted in the consolidation and it became CCAPP. CCAPP is still the premier certification board for drug and alcohol counselors. It is the only organization I would recommend for anybody entering the field.

Anna in credentialing was very helpful today. I needed to edit a CEU entered in Certemy and her attention and communication was excellent. She deleted CEU allowed me to enter correct value. Total turn around for my credential from apply to getting in mail 18 days. Thank you to Tony at Certemy as well. . Total time on phone with Anna 5minutes. Best service I’ve had at CCAPP

I have been a member of CAADC (and then CCAPP) since 2006 and have been frustrated with CCAPP for the most part since the merge. As of late, however, I have experienced some positive changes and want to acknowledge that as well. So...this is my year to renew my credentials and going into the process with Certemy, I anticipated problems and more frustration but that DID NOT occur. I'd like to give a shout out to Soni Najjar, Bookkeeper, who has been my contact (via email) and has been AMAZING!! She has made the process easy, understandable, and allowed me to feel heard by giving me updates daily as to what to expect and what to do next. Thank you Soni. I'm pretty sure without you I would have considered changing credentialing agencies this year. You are a much needed addition to CCAPP. I appreciate you.
